4. Insurance Claims
While NBE Property Restoration works with insurance companies and provides documentation for claims, we are not responsible for claim approvals or denials. The homeowner or property owner remains responsible for payment regardless of insurance claim status.
5. Emergency Services
We provide 24/7 emergency response services. Response times may vary based on current demand, weather conditions, and location. We strive to respond within 60-90 minutes for emergency calls within our service area.
6. Property Access
By engaging our services, you grant NBE Property Restoration and its employees access to your property to perform the agreed-upon restoration work. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access.
7. Warranty
NBE Property Restoration stands behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided in writing upon completion of services. Warranties do not cover damage caused by subsequent events, improper maintenance, or failure to address underlying issues as recommended.
8. Limitation of Liability
NBE Property Restoration's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work.
