NBE (North Bay Environmental) Property Restoration is the dba of SCB Builders, Inc., a licensed general building contractor. Our team is composed of professionals with a wide range of expertise, including mold remediation, water damage, smoke & fire damage, general construction, electrical work, plumbing, framing, painting, finish carpentry, and new residential construction.
The company is headed by President and CEO Dave Keith, whose family developed and built over two thousand homes in and outside Sonoma County via their prestigious Cobblestone Homes group. NBE is part of SCB Builders, our parent company. We are Diamond Certified, Licensed, Bonded and Insured, and continue a 3rd generation tradition of quality service and satisfied customers.
